What is the Lymphatic System?
I provide a combination of Reflexology and Lymphatic Drainage to encourage movement of stagnant Lymphatic fluid through lymph nodes located at various sites throughout the body.
This reduces oedema and improves the highway exchange between nutrients and toxins/waste.
Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage also drains lymphoedema (fluid retention), which may be a symptom of dysfunctional heart, liver or kidney function.
Oedema may also result from injury to a lymph node site, surgery, pregnancy, allergies, inflammation, medications or toxin build-up.
The lymphatic system runs through-out the body to various lymph nodes.
