Payment
Payment accepted by Eftpos (sorry no credit), or Cash. No credit will be given unless discussed prior to appointment.
Cancellation Policy
Life happens - we are all human and everyone now and again experiences an emergency. A quick phone call or text to let me know what's happened is appreciated. My clinic is busy and another client would have valued your appointment time.
Cancellation fee applies to missed consultation charge. I do require at least 48 hours cancellation notice via telephone, text or in person only. Notice of cancellation will not be accepted via email or message left with other Practitioners at Wairoa Health Clinic (cancellation fee will still apply).
Invoice for cancellation fee will be posted within five working days of missed consultation. If no payment or contact has been received after the 1st invoice, then Debt Collection will commence.
